  • A short video, if the issue cannot be clearly demonstrated through photographs

Requests submitted after the applicable reporting period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Products affected by incorrect storage after delivery

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales, where specifically stated

Natural products may have minor variations in colour, texture, size, or appearance. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

4. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and product before disposing of the packaging.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required details. After reviewing the submitted information, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

We recommend checking your package as soon as it is delivered.

5. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement with the correct product. Where applicable, MCDANIEL PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the Earth Kingdom brand, will handle the reasonable return and replacement shipping arrangements for an incorrectly supplied product.

6. Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, wherever possible.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank or payment details where necessary to process an approved refund.

Cancellation requests can only be processed before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may be subject to the applicable return policy.
